It's Easter! and I survived Lent!
To celebrate my dad's birthday (from January)/ him getting a new job, we went to Fogo de Chao. If you've never been, it's quite an experience. It's all you can eat, and there's a gorgeous salad bar (enough to be a meal on its own) plus gauchos with skewers of different kinds of meat. By the end we were all so full I wasn't sure we were going to make it home. Fogo definitely makes my top 5 list of ultimate eating experiences (Also on the list are cruises and Melting Pot). It was nice, but I'm glad we don't get to do it very often.
